Rizen Subscription Policy
Overview
When you purchase a Rizen product as a subscription, you agree to receive automatic recurring shipments based on a 30-day delivery cycle. Subscriptions are designed for convenience, savings, and uninterrupted use of the product.
Subscription Billing & Renewal
- Subscriptions renew every 30 days from the date of your initial purchase.
- Your payment method will be automatically charged at each renewal unless the subscription is canceled beforehand.
- The first order is processed immediately; future orders follow the 30-day schedule.
Locked-In Pricing
- Subscribers lock in their offer and sale pricing for life as long as the subscription remains active.
- If product prices increase in the future, active subscribers will continue to receive their subscription at their original locked-in rate.
- If a subscription is canceled and later reactivated, pricing may reflect the current offer at that time.
Managing Your Subscription
Customers have full control over their subscription at all times.
You can:
- View upcoming orders
- Update shipping or billing details
- Skip or reschedule deliveries
- Cancel your subscription
All subscription management can be done directly through the customer portal, which is accessible via your order confirmation email or customer account.

Cancellation Policy
- Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, no commitments or penalties.
- To avoid being charged for the next renewal, cancellations must be completed before the next scheduled billing date shown in your customer portal.
- Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but it may still be eligible for return or refund under our Return Policy.
Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, we may attempt to process the payment again.
- If payment information is not updated, the subscription may be paused or canceled automatically.
Policy Updates
Rizen reserves the right to update or modify this Subscription Policy at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the subscription after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
